What is the Colombia Pass?
It is optional extra content in Mis Rumbos: the detail of every department on your map, goals, illustrated badges for places, typical flavors, capitals and themed collections of Colombia.
Is it a subscription?
No. It is a one-time purchase: it does not renew or create recurring charges.
What happens to what I earned for free?
It stays. Buying the Pass adds content and never removes badges, progress or goals you already earned.
Can I buy only part of it?
Yes. Each region, Food, Capitals and Themes can be bought separately. The complete Pass brings together every piece, including the ones added later on.
How do I pay and is it safe?
Payment is made on Wompi's site, in Colombian pesos. Mis Rumbos does not receive or store your card or bank account details.
Can I ask for a refund?
Only if the purchase was a mistake, such as a duplicate charge or a Pass you did not mean to buy, and as long as you have not significantly used the content. The details are in the Terms of Use.
Do I need an account to buy it?
Yes, a free Mis Rumbos account. That way the Pass is tied to your profile and your progress.
